Danny Marshall has it both ways on min wage

Only one bill aimed at increasing the minimum wage made it to the floor of the House of Delegates this year, and we thought it was odd that Del. Danny Marshall voted against it – especially considering that he introduced a minimum wage measure of his own (HB1634).

This screenshot from the December 22, 2006 edition of the WBTM 1330 AM news page seems to hold the answer.

Marshall, it seems, was so opposed to increasing the minimum wage that he would have voted against his own bill! Nevertheless, he didn’t seem to have a problem with boosting his own per diem to $135 a day. (HB1650, 2/8/07, 2/24/07)
